Christmas weekend (if Christmas falls on a weekend).

Reservations:
• 50 % deposit required for reservations
• Cash Only.
• Two night minimum stay required on weekends.
• Maximum of 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 child over 10 per room.
• We accept children over 10 and infants under 1 year, though we do not supply cribs.
• Reservations and Cancellations accepted by phone only.
Cancellations:
• Please note that when you make your reservation, we have reserved the room for you and have turned away other guests. Therefore, we cannot refund your stay should you decide you would like to depart early for any reason.
General Policies
• Smoking is only permitted out of doors. No smoking anywhere within the house.
• Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
• Check-in time is between the hours of 3PM and 8PM only.
• We can accommodate "self- check-ins" for late arrivals with prior arrangements made no later than the day before your arrival..
• Checkout time is 11:00AM.
• Reservations and Cancellations accepted by phone only.
